Terms of delivery

After verifying that the customer has confirmed the order and made payment, the corporation will deliver the products. Customers can reach out to the company throughout business hours (open daily, no holidays, hours (08.00-17.00)). Outside of business hours, the company has the right to serve customers. Within three business days, the goods will be delivered. Kerry Express, Flash, and SCG Express are the delivery agents who generally reach the destination within three business days of the corporation.

For orders confirmed and paid after 11:00 a.m., the company will deliver the products the next working day.

 

Policy on Cancellation

You can only cancel an order that is still being processed. Any cancellation requests you may have will be granted. Only through phone at +666 3227 6999 will cancellation requests be acknowledged or accepted; cancellation requests sent via email will not be acknowledged or accepted. You will not be able to cancel an order once the relevant goods have been packed and sent. However, under the 7-Day Return Policy, you can cancel a purchase after receiving it (see below).
