a.      Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it is placed.

b.     I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Madame Louise is not responsible in incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

c.      I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Sending order confirmations may sometimes take 24 hours during high season. Over 24 hours please contact us at our contact details provided.

d.     Tracking orders?

Once order has been fulfilled, a tracking email is provided.

e.      Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

f.       My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact page.  Please note that you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.  Madame Louise solely requests the rights to consider replacement on a case by case situation and in no obligation to replace if we suspect fraud or negligence by the delivery company.

g.     I received the incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact page. 

 

2.     PAYMENT

a.      What form of payment to you accept?

We accept online payments via most leading credit card companies.  We also accept bank transfers if domestic clients.  You will see this list when you visit our checkout page.

b.     Why was I charged incorrectly?

You will only be charged for what you purchased. Any deviations from this, please give us all the information on our contact page with a screenshot of any deviations.  We will solve this as soon as possible.

Yes.  Discounts and promotions will regularly be updated in the website.

c.      Where are your products manufactured?

We are proud to say that all our products are manufactured in Thailand.

d.     Are your products natural?

Our products are mostly 100% made from natural ingredients but it may contain scientific innovations to improve efficacy which may not be natural.  But rigorous testing on sensitive skin on all our products are done.

e.      Are your products vegan?

Yes.

f.       Do you test on animals?

Strictly No.

g.     Are your products safe for all skin types?

Yes.

h.     What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

i.      Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes.

j.      How do I use the Snow Lotus Cleansing Serum?

The cleansing serum is used firstly with washing the hands.  Pump 2 pumps into the hand and lather the foam.  Use the foam to cleanse directly on the face and wash away with warm water.  Do not leave the cleansing serum on the face.  Double cleansing maybe necessary if heavy make-up is worn.  Otherwise daily and night time cleansing is sufficient.

k.     What are the correct steps to use the Snow Lotus Line?

Step 3. DAY TIME Snow Lotus Sundrop. NIGHT TIME Snow Lotus Concentrated Mucin.  If the face is properly hydrated, this can be used as a spot treatment on dark spots, under eye and lip salve.  If the face is dry, it can be used all over the face as a sleeping mask for relief.

l.      How do I use the soap bars?

Place the soap bars in the net provided. Lather the soap and a delicate foam will form.  Use on the body.  Please store the soap in the net, and hang them to dry.
